introduction to quantitative methods i have no ideas on the subjects so please help me.?

I am actually studying Abe and the subjects are Business communication, introduction to Business, Account and quantitative methods. The others first three subjects are ok but quantitative methods is just that i dont understand so please help me. Thanks a lot.

Start with a basic course in statistics. then move to linear programming.

Quantitative methods just means using numbers.

the other method is qualitative which is more subjective.
