Set yourself up as a non-profit organization for medical research...and then find people who are about to shuffle off the mortal coil to donate their bodies to you. Simple. Whatever you can't handle you could sell on eBay China.
And, for free, I'll throw in a name for your new organization:

How on earth can you take an online course in Mortuary Science? If you truly paid money for this course, you may find you was robbed. I am pretty sure any respectful course would provide you with a corpse, so if you don't get one as part of your tuition fees, you need to call the BBB.

You might do better looking into a computer program that just simulation autopsies, You can call the univeristies in your area. Explain that you are an online Mortuary Science student. Ask if they have synthetic cropses. Like Dolls that you can take apart and remove parts of the body and such.
Or You can see if there is a good computer program for you.
Or ask to see if the univeristies will allow you to come in and practice with their equipment, which is unlikely, but they can point you in the right direction. It's worth a shot.
Well, Good Luck.

I believe most good department store offer a line in what they like to call the "breathing impaired". Be warned though, they do charge by the pound so you might want to opt for a svelte candidate. I believe they are offering a "to order" option, which should be introduced once a few legal hiccups are ironed out.

What's wrong with the local graveyard? Or do you need one of those new designer corpses?

Go find your local medical school and ask them if you can get cadavers from them. That's your best bet.
