How would I write a Dear Editor letter with THREE reasons concerning why people should not be allowed to live in or near rainforest?

I would start of with Dear Editor,

What I mean is would I go straight into my first reason in the first paragraph or would I make a kind of introductory? Same as the end would I have a conclusion?

If I do need an introductory and conclusion could you briefly outline what I would say? Like do I say I am writing this letter because I feel that humans should not be allowed to live in or near a rainforest. Below are my 3 reasons concerning the topic.

Then I start a new paragragh and say Firstly...... and then the second paragraph would be like the second reason then the third reason in the third paragraph?

So, would the last paragraph say:
