is it possible to go to cosmetology school online?

wanting to know if anybody know if you can go to school online for cosmetology.

No..you have to actually attend a beauty college...hands on learning and training as you will be cutting real peoples hair before you graduate. Everything is visual with cosmetology...all trial and error as you learn. You MUST be in a setting with the instructor learning how to do all the procedures...you can't learn this stuff just from reading how to do it..you have to actually physically do them. It's alot of fun though..Good luck to you!

Yes, you probably could. If you know a site, you could probably learn the procedures.



However, I don't think this is your best option. Cosmeotology work is physical work and it requires on-site training. It would be more beneficial to work at a cosmeotologist's and train for a while. Maybe at the same time, you could learn it on the internet, the procedures and that.

no. there is not a beauty class online. this type of training is experience based and requires a certain amount of hand on training as mandated by your state. there are evening classes, that you should look into if you are cramped for time. if you do not have time to attend formal classes then you should not have time to perform the profession , good luck.
