I want to do like 3 a-levels at home instead of going to college, i am willing to work and motivate myself but the online courses are too expensive, any help or guidance?

If you are that motivated then you can buy the textbook and study guides to do self study you can also do past papers to aid your studies and prepare for the exams at www.xtremepapers.com with that I don't think you can take science subjects because you have to take the practical exams unless they have the alternative practical paper. English, literature,economics, math, business studies are one of the few subjects you can do at home. I had a friend that did self study for business and managed to get an A.
